Person:	Strong literacy and reading skills. Some experience in teaching- counselling or coaching would be useful.
Work to be Done:	Working with Pasifika children aged 8-12 years during the school term. Listen to children read aloud. Offer encouragement and feedback on their reading where appropriate. This is an after school programme. During School term time only.
Requirements:	Develop childrens literacy skills and confidence.
