| Work to be Done: |
Provide safe companionship and support to the person with dementia while their carer has a much-needed break. This may include (but is not limited to) tasks such as visiting a cafe or library, going for a walk, making a cup of tea, reading the newspaper |
| Requirements: |
Generally a regular session at individual client's home as negotiated between volunteer, client and social worker. Usually 2hrs once a week or fortnight. Christchurch City, Waimakariri District, Selwyn District, Banks Peninsula. |
